Calciopoli information

Hello my friends...

As you know i was one of the few juventini who was in favour of juve's relegation. I thought, that if you cheat, then you deserve to be punished and as for Moggi i still will always consider him a jerk and an asshole and hope he rots in hell.

However, after coming in contact with some people with some say in things, and people who themselves have important contacts i have gotten a hold of some very important documents and information.

This information could cause my initial opinions on calciopoli and juventus' relegation to change.
I thought it best to bring this up with people who i have discussed calciopoli with the most.

If anyone wants me to forward the email i received, along with the documents, i'll be more than happy to do so.

Italiamia, you being a lawyer (if i remember correctly) will have particular interest in these legal documents, and perhaps we could discuss them and you can give me more input into them

j_i, did you by chance watch soccer fanatics on tln this past weekend? they had a guest on who was a juventino (i think he was introduced as a president or vice president of a local, toronto juve fan club or something) and he was holding some kind of document regarding calciopoli which sounds a bit like what you mentioned....some kind of probe or investigation conducted by lawyers on the calciopoli 'processo' i didnt quite catch everything that they said cause i had just tuned in when he was talking.

Yes that is the guy...i met him a month ago...
He's been giving the documents, he presented to the soccer fanatics people.
this is an italian group that is currently trying to appeal to the European Court of Congress to re-open to juve-calciopoli case in Italy...
If they are successful and it is re-opened, Juve can appeal to civil courts, TAR or anyone else without FIFA, UEFA, or FIGC intervention.

Things seem to be going quite good thus far.

As great as this sounds JI, I wouldn't get my hopes up. Who cares about the scudetti?? Who cares about the points deduction??? Our team, once strong filled with pride, and one of the best/feared teams in Europe is now in shambles and the laughing stock of the world. Fans are no longer afraid of facing Juve whether it would be at home or away. There was a time when teams were playing for the tie and now they have the balls to play hard and push for the win. There was a time when we went to the Olimpico and anything less than a win was seen as terrible. There was a time when the starting 11 was occupied by the best in the world. You name that position, that player was top 3 easily. Now all we are doing is picking up the pieces and pasting everything together. The glass is still broken. Gluing it back together by supposedly getting back our scudetti won't help. It won't bring back players like Thuram, Canna, Zambro, etc. (Shit that's our whole defense, no wonder why we suck). I say forget about this case. If this case can come out and prove that there was some sort of biased in the rulings where teams like Inter/Milan get punished, then I am all for it. As for the scudetti, they can have those. Its just a number at this point. Its already tainted.

I know they wanted to appeal to higher courts a year ago,only to renounce later.They claim to have studied the case to the minimum details.....bla bla bla...I frequently talk to one of that group on another forum,who claims he knows every little detail of the case.But his points are quite weak.
Anyway,I agree 100% with Dino on this one.As much as it would be appealing to a Juve fan,there's no real gain on it right now.
